TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

All orders will be shipped via DHL or Federal Express surface unless other ship method is selected. Allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery of merchandise via surface method.

Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours of order receipt. If product is not available to ship within 48 business hours you will be contacted by Key Tronic.

 
RETURN OF PRODUCT:
Key Tronic is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Please read our return guidelines and instructions below.
 
You may return any non-clearance product within 30 days of product's shipping date. This date is available on the packing list that accompanies each shipment. Any discontinued product purchased is non-returnable (see below for more details).
 
To return any product, call the Customer Service number, 1-800-262-6006, option 5. The Customer Service Representative will give you instructions on how and where to ship the product.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt at Key Tronic. It is at Key Tronic's sole discretion that product is accepted for refunding. ( See below for more details).
 
Changed your Mind - Product box is unopened:
We will fully refund you for any non-clearance unopened item for any reason (shipping not included). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the products.
 
Changed your Mind - Product box is opened:
You may return any opened non-clearance products for a full refund (shipping not included) providing that product is returned to Key Tronic in factory shipped condition. Keyboard boxes are not scratched or torn, cable wraps are intact, etc.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the products.
 
 
Any product shipping with software, CD's or shrink wrapped manuals will only be accepted if product software, CD's or shrink wrap have not been opened/used.
 
Keyboard Skins - View Flex Seals:
Please verify the fit of view seal keyboard skins prior to removing tape. View seal cover tape must be intact and in factory condition. If tape is removed, Key Tronic can not refund any payment received. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
 
Defective Product:
Key Tronic will stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or refund at Key Tronic's sole discretion.
 
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
 
Clearance Products:
Clearance or Discontinued products may only be returned within 14 days after you receive the product if the product is defective. This date is available on the packing list that accompanies all shipments.
 
All defective clearance or discontinued products may be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) or when available a replacement at the sole discretion of Key Tronic.
 
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
